clarification post
If you received my last post as an email, you missed the exciting poll at the end. So hopefully, you are now getting this as another email and can go to the actual blog and participate in the exciting poll.
Bergamascos are a rare Italian breed of dogs, originally and still used for herding sheep. They are also wonderful companion animals. They are intelligent, wise, gentle creatures with a unique sense of purpose and an unwavering quest to be understood, to learn, and to share. The coat is three types of hair - an undercoat, a wooly coat, and a goat like hair. As puppies, they are fluffy and gradually develop this amazing flocked appearance. They are not the right dog for everyone - they are not blindly obedient and cannot be left alone all day. They are complex relational beings with whom to share love, respect, and experience.
